I know it’s a late post but, have you guys played Pokémon
Sapphire? I bet you have.
Have you heard about this weird Pokémon they call Shedinja?
Shedinja is a really weird Pokémon, and a must have Pokémon I suggest, why you ask? Cause it only
got 1 HP. If you already know, you’ll say in your mind, “Oh yeah everybody in Pokémon world knows that”. If you don’t know and you’re interested, you’ll say,
“Whoa really?! How come?! How can it be cool having only 1…… it will die
easil…….what is its spe…….wha…. blah blah blah”. If you don’t care you'll
probably just keep on reading or maybe close this blog LOL. Going back to
Shedinja, you can have it by evolving a Nincada (he will evolve at Lv.20) and
you should have an empty slot for your Shedinja at most 5 Pokémon on your team.
Poor Sheddy having only 1HP, but Shedinja is the only Pokémon to have the ability Wonder Guard, the Pokémon with this ability will
only take damage to a super effective hit. Shedinja is a Bug-Ghost type, that
means it will only die after being hit by a Fire, Flying, Rock, Ghost, and
Dark-type moves.
Before going through the Cave of Origin, you should have at
least Lv.25 Shedinja, pokeballs(ordinary pokeballs yeah the red one with white
on the bottom not a great ball, not an ultra ball, just ordinary pokeball) lots
of them, and a heart scale (go find yourself a heart scale this blog is about
Shedinja only, it is not necessary though). You should let it have the moves
Swords Dance, False Swipe and Fury Cutter. How will you have those? You should
level your Nincada up to 25 without evolving it to Ninjask, (press B button
when it wants to evolve, *giggles* the poor Nincada will stop evolving) after
leveling your Nincada to 25 it will learn the move False Swipe (you better get
it cause you’ll need it), then let your Nindaca evolve to Ninjask. After
evolution, your Ninjask will learn Swords Dance. Now you can take a look at
your sweet little Shedinja, the angel in devil’s cloak. The moves that we need
for Shedinja are: Swords Dance, check, False Swipe, check, Fury Cutter, that’s
easy go to the move tutor at Fallarbor Town and let your Shedinja learn Fury
Cutter (it really is not necessary though).
You got your Shedinja with nice moves and you got plenty of
pokeballs, now you can proceed on catching Kyogre. Don’t forget to save before
battling that badass fish monster thingy. What you need to do is, boost your
Shedinja’s attack and lower Kyogre’s HP until he only has 1HP left (False Swipe
leaves 1HP). Don’t worry, that powerful monster will not hurt your Shedinja,
not even a scratch. After it only has 1HP left you can throw pokeballs at it,
just make sure you catch it before it struggles.
hahaha
